Questions
How many days a week is the program?
Most athletes train 4 to 6 days per week, on a schedule that is flexible enough to fit your life and goals.
Do I need special equipment?
You need access to basic strength equipment (barbell, dumbbells) and a space to run, either a treadmill or outdoors. Modifications are included if your equipment is limited.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes. The program includes progression options for all levels. If you are brand new, start with Couch to HYROX, the beginner path inside The Hybrid Method.
What if I don’t like running?
You can adapt the endurance work to your preferred cardio, such as rowing or cycling.
How long until I see results?
With consistent effort, most athletes notice improvements in performance, energy, and body composition within 4 to 6 weeks.
Is it suitable for competition prep?
