Designed for those running 20-30 miles per week, this program gradually increases mileage to 40 miles, with 3-4 runs weekly, including speed work and heart rate-based training. Tailored to boost endurance while maintaining strength, it prepares you for Hybrid Racing with structured progression, minimizing injury risk and maximizing performance.
The Lifestyle Program offers a fully customized approach to achieving your nutrition and fitness goals.
